This month we switched pediatricians to someone closer to us. I was nervous becuase I love our pediatrician near the med center but the drive was just getting to be obnoxious, especially when I had to drive all the way in just for a flu shot. The new pediatrician's offices were really nice, the doctor was great, we were seen almost immediately and we are still apart of the Texas Children's pediatric group so that is great!
9 month Stats
Height: 28.25" 74%
Weight: 20 lb 8 oz 78%
Head Circ: 18.15" 95% (just means she has a big smart brain :)
Things Brynn loves at 9 months:
- Shaking her head no
- Rocking her head back and forth to go to sleep
- Getting up on all fours in her crib and rocking back and forth
- Her big fuzzy purple blanket -As soon as you lay her in her crib she crawls over to it and snuggles her face into it.
- Big girl food/solids! -Mommy's homemade cornbread is her favorite
- Climbing the stairs
- Her sister Ava
- Bath time
- Being Tickled and blowing raspberries on her tummy
- Mum mums, puffs, cheerios, pancakes and french toast sticks
- YOGURT!
- taking things out of drawers and throwing them all over the place
- The dogs
- The playroom- the girls playroom is like disneyland for Brynn
- The princess castle tent in Ava's room- She absolutely LOVES this tent! She crawls over to it as fast as her little legs will take her and rolls around while giggling and squealing.
This orange squishy soccer ball thing we have. She wants it all the time and crawls all over the house with it. She and Ava fight over it.
Things Brynn hates at 9 months
- getting dressed or laying still for any period of time
- diaper changes
- Ava taking toys from her
- Pureed meats
- Getting in her car seat
- Textured baby food
- Not a big fan of strangers either
- not getting what she wants
- Avacado
