Look Out World- Brynn's Walking!

We officially have a walker and the best part is she decided to fully walk at the exact same time that Ava did!  Ava tried it out at 10 months and then at 11 months and 2 weeks, she decided to do it full-time.  Too funny how history repeats itself :)
Look out world, here comes Brynn!
Ava is in the background playing with all of her dolls and threatening to spank all of them.

Brynn already loves shoes

It is so hard being Ava Michele

Ava is all princesses all of the time these days.
All Princesses must get spa pedicures with their mommies

Brynny wants to do everything she sees Ava do.  She tries to crawl up on this tricycle by herself and gets the biggest kick out of sitting on it and holding on to the handle bars just like her big sissy.  She tries to get in her little car by herself and if she can't do it she starts screaming and banging on the seat in frustration.

Unfortunately, as soon as she recovered from the ear infection she picked up a throat infection.  So that on top of teething, she has been one unhappy camper this last few days.  It's been rough on all of us, bless her sweet little heart.

Oh Ava :)

Gave Ava some blueberries as a snack and she said "mom, did you buy these organic?"  I said yes they are organic and she said "okay Ava can eat them then"   I have taught her well....

She is very proud of how much "bigger" she is getting and all of the things she can do all by herself and she said "mommy are you happy that Ava is getting bigger" and I said "No, mommy wants you to stay little" and she said "It's okay mommy Ava will still be your baby, even when I get grown up I'll still be your baby.  Ava is never moving out of this house"  I said "that sounds great to me!"

Enjoying a popsicle outside in her new shades

Brynny LOVES headbands

She even sleeps in her shades

Big fan of blueberries as you can see

Brynn is 11 months!

Brynn had her very first illness this last week.  A "raging" ear infection.  She's on antibiotics right now.  New to us since Ava never had an ear infection and Brynn didn't show a single sign of being sick.  I only noticed a little green goop in her eyes and took her to the doctor to have it checked out.  Poor baby!  She was suffering in silence :(
She's still taking a step or two every now and then, but just like her big sister did, she's decided to give walking a break for a while.  She prefers to crawl.
She loves table food and gets very upset and crazy if you are eating and not sharing with her.  She wants what we are eating and that is final!
She says Uh-Oh and dada  and mama a lot, but I haven't been able to get her to say Ava anymore since last week.  She says bot-bot for her bottle and sometimes says mama.  She also loves screaming at the top of her lungs and laughs A LOT!  She has the funniest little urkle laugh.  We just crack up at her.  I'll try to get it on video soon.  She can also do the sign for "more" now.
If you ask her where her bottle is, she'll hold it up for you and say "uuunh" like here it is. She totally understands the relationships between objects. She picks up shoes and socks and tries to put them on her feet.  She knows that lids go on containers and tries to put them on and take them off.  The other day she got two of her bottles out of her bag and put them in Ava's lunchbox and closed it.  Ava thought that was so funny that Brynn was packing two bottles for her lunch.  Once she was throwing some of Ava's puzzle pieces on the ground and Ava got very upset with her, so Brynn immediately bent over and started picking up all the puzzle pieces and putting them back on the table!
Today Steve came home from work and when she heard his voice she sat up and said Uh-Oh Da-Da!
Brynn is sleeping about 10-12 hours a night and last night 13 hours!  Going to bed between 6 and 7 pm without a fuss.  Still taking two naps a day.
